Morristown, Tennessee David L. Seal 1942 — 2023 We are sad to announce the passing of David Lee Seal of Tennessee. He left us at the age of 81 on October 19th 2023. Cancer may have taken his body, but never his spirit. He was the son of the late Robert Seal and Ollie Livesay Seal of Sneedville. He was preceded in death by his son Mark Allan Seal, brothers Alonzo Seal and TJ Seal, Sisters Inell Wolf, Anna Ruth Carpenter and Peggy Seal-Jones. She was born in Morristown, TN on September 21, 1954. Nancy graduated from Morristown-Hamblen East High School before going on to The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating in three years with a B.S. in accounting. She started her career at The Appalachian National Life Insurance Company, where she became Controller before leaving for a career in public accounting. As a CPA, she specialized in corporate and personal tax preparation and planning. Nancy worked for several local firms before starting her own practice, which she managed for over 20 years before... She was originally from Thorn Hill and later she moved to Bean Station, when she became unable to care for herself, she moved to Sneedville to live with her daughter and son-in-law. Dorsia was saved at a young age and was a song leader for many years. She loved to be outside working in her vegetable garden, on her yard and in her flower garden.
