Canceling my @GetSpectrum service today. Never had any problem with it. I just learned they'll charge me full price for last month, only used 2 days. Not sure why companies chose to do that. In the last second they made sure I won't ever chose them again or recommend them.

OK @Spectrum said they support Google Pixel 4a G5 but I got one straight from @Google (Unlocked) I call @Ask_Spectrum and they say oh No we don't support Google's 5G phones only if you buy from us!

Honestly insane that ISPs like @Ask_Spectrum are allowed to throttle your internet whenever they want.Streaming? Just kidding, have fun trying to call us to fix your **** while we claim the problem is on YOUR end the entire time.

@Ask_Spectrum I have called to cancel my cable 3 times in two months, even sent the boxes back and you keep charging. On your side it says order complete but obviously not. I have spent countless hours on the phone! You’re the worst company I have dealt with.

Reason #1 why @ATT @Uverse sucks. Switched from @GetSpectrum. Get equipment in after being told service is available for self-install. I don’t have wall-jacks that I can find but have cable line from spectrum. Call and am told I have to pay another $100 to get jack installed.
